According to Murder Mystery Texas, the 360° immersive theatrical experience is designed especially for amateur sleuths with a twisted sense of humor. The ticket price includes a hors d'oeuvres reception, a 3-course dinner, the cash bar, professional comedic actors performing as suspects, a hilarious homicide detective from the DPD to guide the murder investigation, and team prizes. The theme is a modern-day police procedural with the crime scene established at a dinner party — in the style of Sue Grafton or Mary Higgins Clark crime novels, Law & Order, and CSI.
