There are currently five different categories to choose from, with more to come:

Each dish is color coded to its corresponding category keeping users focused and accountable while teaching healthier eating habits.  Each dishware set consists of a seven-day eating plan that can be mixed and matched daily.  Each set contains:

Microwave and dishwasher safe, mealtime has now become healthier thanks to Meal Plans on Dishware.  Each meal plan is transferred onto the dishware set through a safe heat transfer process.  Dishes are dishwasher and microwave safe.  The durable design ensures a complete eating plan to last for years to come.

Each plate set comes with a credit card sized grocery list to make shopping quick, easy, and hassle free.  Current users love Meal Plans on Dishware for ease of shopping and preparation along with the ability to offer gluten-free, men and women weight control, diabetic, and vegetarian options in any language.
