Cotton Patch Café Challenge Results In $107,000 Donation for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children Patients

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children Patients recieve $107,000 in Donations as a Result of the Cotton Patch Cafe Challenge.

Dallas, TX -- (SBWire) -- 06/27/2011 --Through the Cotton Patch Cares community program, executives from Cotton Patch Café will present a check to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) http://www.tsrhc.org/ for more than $107,000– proceeds from The Cotton Patch Café Challenge.

From March 28 – May 15, for every $25 gift made to the hospital through The Challenge, each donor received a $25 Cotton Patch Café dining gift card. More than 1,200 individuals made donations through The Challenge, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting TSRHC. Last year, Cotton Patch raised more than $78,000 for the hospital.

The event takes place at TSRHC at 2222 Welborn Street in Dallas on Thursday June 23rd, 2011. There will be three photo opportunities of the check presentation to TSRHC.
