While “Tech on the 10s” is only available Monday through Friday, Time Warner Cable still provides service calls seven days a week, ensuring that its customers receive the best service in the industry.

Meanwhile, customers seeking to establish Digital Home Phone Service for the first time may obtain their number and have service activated the next business day if they make their request before 3:00pm. This service is available only for new numbers with the initial connection to Time Warner Cable’s network, and is not yet available for customers looking to “port” their current number from another provider.
