Philadelphia, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/02/2019 -- Three partners from Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, H. Ronald Klasko, William A. Stock, and Elise A. Fialkowski, were invited to participate in the 2019 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference as presenting panelists. Numerous other attorneys from the dedicated team of employment-based immigration lawyers in Philadelphia also attended. The AILA Annual Conference, which took place from June 19, 2019, to June 22, 2019, in Orlando, FL, hosts over 3,000 attendees each year and presents the latest legal strategies through compelling discussions, workshops, and roundtables, as well as various networking opportunities.

H. Ronald Klasko was featured in a panel titled, Motivating Business Clients with Problem Cases to Litigate, which provided an overview of the litigation process for business practitioners, including identifying those who have the standing to sue, and weighing the risks and benefits of litigation. Ron has been a leader in immigration law for over 30 years, and during the conference was presented with the Founders Award, a historic event since he is now the only two-time recipient.

William A. Stock, a past President of AILA and widely recognized as one of the nation's preeminent immigration lawyers, participated on the panel, Scaling the Invisible Wall: Helping to Educate Employers and Workers on the Realities of Immigration Law Today. This panel was designed to assist practitioners in successfully managing the critical relationship between attorneys and their clients.

Elise A. Fialkowski, a recognized leader in employment-based immigration and worksite compliance, led the panel, Giving a Boost to the Little Guy: Strategies for Advising Small and Emerging Businesses. Elise provided cutting-edge strategies to effectively represent startups and entrepreneurs to contend with the increasingly challenging immigration environment. In her 25 years of immigration law experience, Elise has represented multinational corporations and universities as well as venture capital and startup clients. Her success in obtaining work authorized visas and green cards for her startups and entrepreneurial clients made her the ideal panelist for this discussion on helping to ensure that leaders of critical businesses can live and work in the U.S.
