Edison, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/26/2014 -- 2-20 Family of Companies, home to Smart Storage Solutions® including but not limited to Document Storage, Data Protection, Secure Destruction and Imaging, is pleased to announce that one of its members, Certified Records Management, CRM, serving Florida, delivered a generous donation to two large non-profit organizations on behalf of the Suncoast Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). The ALA as part of its Community Connection along with its members collected food for Metropolitan Ministries, as well as pet supplies for the Humane Society. Certified Records Management delivered 200 lbs. total of donations split between each organization.
Metropolitan Ministries has dedicated over 40 years to community support, helping the homeless by offering a wide range of programs that can help them face challenges with children, housing, food and life skills. The organization relies on donations from neighborhood programs and organizations like ALA to help keep hope alive by keeping people off the streets.
The Humane Society of Tampa is committed to ending animal homelessness by providing the proper care and comfort for animals in need. With donations collected by ALA and delivered by CRM, including pet food, blankets, and toys, the organization can accomplish its goal of lowering euthanasia in the United States.
