Berkshire, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/20/2013 -- A new infographic from Prodec Networks discovers crucial stats for 3G and Broadband across city and rural businesses in the UK. One essential stat which is slightly surprising is that only 60 % of metropolitan businesses make use of a broadband connection. What is not so unusual nevertheless, is that just 41 % of rural companies use a broadband hookup, with 34 % of these businesses disappointed with the reliability and 25 % disappointed with the worth for money.

Looking at the infographic it is clear that both city and rural businesses are unhappy with the speed of their broadband connection with 48 % and 63 % of companies being disappointed respectively. The map of broadband fulfillment rates largely represents the 3G protection map, except for some parts of central England, particularly Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire which have reduced fulfillment rates with their broadband however are well covered by 3G operators, suggesting the use of mobile information connectivity can be a viable choice for these locations for Internet services.
