Written by Kathleen Boucher, these books are simple, effective and vibrantly illustrated. Aimed at helping kids achieve their full potential and follow their dreams, these books are testaments to the power of love, choice, belief and to the value of having a great mentor.

Inverary, ON -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/27/2014 -- After completing a course about entrepreneurship, Kathleen Boucher, a nurse of 37 years, asked herself what would make her passionate about her life. The answer was what Oprah would call “an AHA! Moment.’ Boucher decided then and there that she would write a series of books to empower children to live the best life possible.

With the release of ‘A Simple Idea to Empower Kids’ and ‘A Simple Idea to Empower Kids: Teens Edition’, published by Balboa Press, Boucher has fulfilled her goal and founded a movement. Teaching children about the power of love, choice and belief, Boucher hopes to empower kids to believe they can be, do and have whatever they desire. Touching on topics like the laws of attraction, how to overcome bullying, and increasing self-confidence, the lessons the books impart are universally applicable to children – no matter where they come from, or what their station in life.

“It’s a manual for achieving your dreams,” says Boucher. “It starts from the inside, and that’s what I want to show kids – they have all of the power they need already. They just need to find it.”

Synopses:

As a parent, Kathleen Boucher wanted her two kids to be happy and confident. For over fifteen years she has taught her two kids to follow the three principles in A Simple Idea to Empower Kids: Teen Edition with great success. Her mission is to inspire and motivate kids to follow their dreams.

As for the author – well, it’s safe to say that Kathleen Boucher isn’t resting on her laurels. With the release of the two books, Boucher is clear about her ultimate dream.

“My goal has always been to do something that brought value to the entire world,” says Boucher. “John F. Kennedy had the right idea when he said "Children are the World's most valuable resource and its best hope for the future." Let us empower our kids to help them find their purpose and live their lives authentically doing something they love. Let us teach them early that they can do, be, or have anything they desire. The sky is the limit!”
