Athens, Greece -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/01/2015 -- The television show "Friends," featuring the lives and loves of Ross, Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Monica and Phoebe, has been a worldwide favorite for many years. Now, the creators of Actorall, the world's first global interactive online movie, have used the platform of "Friends" to create an opportunity for any group of friends in the world to play these parts in the new movie. The creators have launched an IndieGoGo campaign to raise funds for the production and distribution of this film.
Actorall will feature six 15-minute segments showing groups of friends from around the world acting out the parts of the friends in the show. Each group will be given a specific script with all necessary directions and can impersonate their favorite characters while filming their "clip." The groups will then upload and edit their videos on the supplied platform, where they will be rated and the winning groups awarded with a $50,000 prize.
Each script will be highly detailed so that participants will have the best chance of making a good video. The segments will transition smoothly with new actors replacing the old in each transition, and a key on the final film, which will be shown in theaters, will indicate the home country of each group of performers.
The IndieGoGo campaign offers pledge levels from $50 to $600,000 and perks that include the chance for donors to have their names in the credits and even to be a producer of the show.
For more information on each pledge level and associated perks, see the IndieGoGo page at
