Ft. Lauderdale, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/31/2014 -- "Broadcast Beat Magazine" is continuing its upward climb by attracting some very experienced talent.

Debra Kaufman, a Media Maven who has been covering the intersection of entertainment and technology for 25+ years, and has written about new media, entertainment technology and other topics for the Creative COW, Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Film & Video and many others, including being published in Wired, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times and American Cinematographer, is now a part of the Broadcast Beat Magazine Team.

Debra has moderated panels at the Hollywood Post Alliance Tech Retreat, National Association of Broadcasters, Consumer Electronics Show, National Association of TV Programming Executives, SIGGRAPH, Produced By, Editor’s Lounge and many other industry trade shows and events. Aside from her native English to her limited working proficiency of French and elementary proficiency of Spanish, she is also the editor and founder of MobilizedTV, an online newsletter focused on multimedia content on mobile devices - not just mobile phones but everything from the iPod to game consoles and from Internet-connected netbooks to the Amazon Kindle.
