Another study made in California also shows that coffee increases the blood levels of SHBG or sex hormone-binding globulin that regulates the testosterone and estrogen activity. Among the women that drank four or more cups of coffee a day has significantly lowered their risk for diabetes in contrast to women who never drink coffee at all.
