Mount Pleasant, SC -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/19/2016 -- Brandon Deitsch is promoted to loan officer at LifeTree Lending in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Prior to his promotion Brandon worked for the company as an assistant processor.
Having recently passed his Licensing exam, He will now move into a full time loan originator for the residential lending division.
Mr. Deitsch will be working with a wide range of lenders to find the best loan solution for a client buying a home, investment property or refinancing a current property. In the process, Brandon will be able to structure a competitive conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, renovation and / or commercial loan.
In his new position as a Loan Officer, Mr. Deitsch will be working with South Carolina residential clients as well as helping real estate agents statewide. Brandon enjoys helping people. He is detail oriented and understands how important it is for a Loan officer to find the best solution for the client. With his background in processing he knows how to keep a file moving in order to get necessary documents and approvals in order to close the loan in a timely manner.
Brandon is a 2014 graduate of Wando High school in Mount Pleasant. He is a certified diver who enjoys a wide range of sports and outdoor activities. He loves anything mechanical. If it has a motor on it, Brandon can fix it.
