Brickell Travel Management has entered into an agreement with the Expedia Affiliate Network [EAN] to provide our clients access to all EAN hotel programs and rates. The EAN hotel program includes the worldwide inventory of Expedia &Hotels.com, as well as their foreign subsidiaries.

Our corporate online booking tool will search EAN rates side-by-side with publically available rates, corporate discounts as well as our negotiated rates. At that time the traveler can select the rate that is the best option for them, including such factors as price, cancellation policies, refund ability, minimum stay requirements, and more. Please note while the EAN rates are pre-paid, over 99% of the pre-paid rates are refundable! This process can also function as a “prepaid” system, eliminating the time consuming task of sending a pre-paid form.
