This month, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Douglas Orr and Best Roofing will team up to put on their Tools for the Trade Workshop. The two companies, both family owned and operated, are coming together to offer commercial buildings, condos, and HOA’s a CEU class that qualifies for CAM license credit in the state of Florida for plumbing. The businesses also want to offer a comprehensive workshop that will deliver over 30 years of experience that these two business have to offer. Two of the highest-ranked, engaging teachers in South Florida will offer this workshop at Best Roofing, 1600 NE 12th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305.
Two Courses in Workshop, Both Qualify for CAM CEU
The Tools for the Trade Workshop offers two courses, each taught by an extremely experienced, enthusiastic professional in the industry. Plumbing Systems 101, presented by Darryl Eggler, is offered for 1 CAM CEU. Eggler is an estimator at Douglas Orr Plumbing with over 30 years’ experience and numerous teaching credentials. The course will provide an overview of backflow preventors, pumps/lift stations, basic plumbing, drain cleaning, and safety. Roofing 201, presented by Gregg Wallick, is also offered for 1 CAM CEU. Wallick is President and CEO of Best Roofing. The class is slightly more advanced, offered to provide a deeper understanding of the design considerations necessary to comply with building code requirements and best practices in the roofing industry.
