Captain Josh B. Weiner is the branch manager at Top Gun Security and Investigations Austin Division with the responsibility of overseeing the day to day operations including: client relations, human resources, branch advancement & growth, employee development, loss prevention, and the overall success of TG Austin. He also serves as the Sales Manager for TG Austin where he over sees all sales and productivity within the Austin Branch. Prior to joining TG Austin Captain Weiner worked in multiple management, employee development, and loss prevention positions for multiple retail and corporate establishments around Texas. Josh is currently trained or certified in the following:
- He is an experienced level III Commissioned Officer Licensed through the Texas Department of Public Safety.
- He is licensed in Security Sales through the Texas Department of Public Safety.
- OC Spray training(with mandatory exposure)
- Tactical Baton Training
- Tactical Handcuffing
- Extensive Patrol and Vehicle Safety Training.
- Use of Force Training
- Extensive training in Customer and Employee Relations
- 40 hours of Coaching and Employee Development training
- 5 years of experience and training in loss prevention.
- Detailed word judo and report writing training.
- 10 years of customer service training and experience.
- Licensed as a Branch Manager through Texas Department of Public Safety.
