New construction coordinator, Phill Caruso will utilize his 20+ years of management experience to help grow the construction division and bring the division to new levels of efficiency.

Caruso’s new role will entail managing the Letts Property Management construction crews who work on full building and full unit overhauls all across the Chicago-Land aarea. Caruso will also be handling tenant move in and move out inspections and all rental ready estimates for properties managed by Letts Property Management.

Caruso comes to Letts Property Management with a wide variety of management experience including 15 years as a small business owner and over 5 years of experience managing properties and handling the property’s maintenance. “We are excited to have Phill on the team,” commented Preston Letts, owner of Letts Property Management. “Phill has experience in all aspects of running a business and will really make a difference in the construction department.
