The beer dinner will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, is $100 to attend, and will be seven courses. Each course will be prepared by Chefs Rhett Vellner and Chad Vetter, and will be paired with a beer from one of the seven top class breweries in the United States.
Some items on the menu will consist of Grilled Octopus paired with Flying Dog Ancho Lime Paradise Lager, Coconut Fried Oysters with curry cocktail sauce paired with Maui Imperial Coconut Porter, and Goat Cheese Cake paired with Firestone Walker 2016 Vintage Sucaba.
