Elizabeth, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/27/2014 -- While most writers use their first book to simply test the literary waters, American author Josue Francois is proving that a debut novel can also rival its genre’s best-sellers.
‘Clash of the Mightiest’ is the culmination of two years of diligent writing, eight years of wishful thinking and a lifetime’s dream to become an author. The result is a bold classic-style book that will engross children everywhere.
A super hero sent to fight evil. The father of a super hero has to abandon him because dark forces seek to destroy the earth and his son is the only hope that humanity has to fight evil.
As the author admits, getting a book to the market was far from easy.
“I’ve had to live though many rejections – both from publishers and acquaintances who told me I’d never be able to make it. I’m probably the world’s best children’s writer, so I am thrilled to finally get this book for sale. It’s a very intense story that plays off the good-against-evil platform, while adding my own unique twist,” says Francois.
Continuing, “Every young child wants to think that they can save the world from bad guys – so here is their chance to join a superhero and enjoy the action from the edge of their seats. Early reviews for the book have been extremely positive and I’m confident I’ll be a household name before too long.”
Francois also has a charitable aspect to his work.
“I have a passion for helping the homeless and, funds permitting, I pledge to donate proceeds to charities that can help keep people off the streets. Literature is a great vehicle for fundraising, so I am looking forward to being able to do my part,” he adds.
