Wilson, currently a management coach for Tableau Software, will discuss how she transformed Cleveland Clinic's key leadership development program, resulting in $200,000 savings per employee. She will also highlight the tools she used to facilitate a six-month-long Serving Leader Cohort, and her involvement with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's first international leadership group.
