Company Launches Online Proofing Tools to Make Professional Collaboration a Whole Lot Easier

Troutdale, OR -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/11/2013 -- Following intense development, Filecamp, an established Digital Asset Management supplier have recently launched a new online proofing system. The tool is aimed at allowing marketers and creative professionals to collaborate on projects more easily with both clients and partners.

The company, which was founded byKeld Vraakjaer and Jesper Faurby currently operates in more than 25 countries and is centredaround its light user friendly interface. Founder, Jesper Faurby said “We wanted to create a system that had ‘out of the box’ usability so anyone could make the most of Filecamp. Ensuring the system we built was feature driven enough to cater for the more tech savvy yet simple enough to use without any technical expertise was one of our key challenges”.

According to Filecamp, one of the problems with conventional file sharing services like email and other technology used for project collaboration is the risk of mixing up file versions. “No matter how well structured you try to be, creative businesses and their clients are often drowned in emails containing comments and revisions. This means it can be hardif not impossible to keep track.

The system Filecamp has developed helps solve this problem. “With our new proofing tools, revisions and comments are all stored securely online in the project and allow anyone involved24/7 access to view and work on it. What’s more, Filecamp doesn’t require any installation as it’s entirely web based and even allows for complete brand integration to create a seamless look and feel.

“We’re trying to streamline the way creative companies share and collaborate on files. We really believe that launching these Proofing tools is a step in the right direction. And over the next 6-12 months, we have many more launches on the roadmap".
