Synopsis:

Confessions of a Gay Boy that Became a Woman is an interesting and exciting book that tells about the life, struggles, pain and adventures of a gay boy on the road to accomplishing his greatest dream, to become a woman. It wasn't an easy road to travel.

There were many obstacles along the way, as the road was long and winding, with many road blocks and curves. These obstacles were in the form of people that didn't understand this lifestyle, people that didn't mind harassing or ridiculing this young boy without getting to know the sincerity of his heart.

“The world is now way more liberal than when I grew up,” admits Fox. “I’m not saying that coming out of the closet or seeking a change of sex is now a walk in the park, but when I was young it was wholly unacceptable. This presented its own unique set of challenges and I was left to overcome them with no support from wider society.”

Continuing, “I’m now pushing into my seventies and can look back on what is truly a remarkable transition. At the same time I know that millions of gay individuals are afraid to come out of the closet and be proud of who they really are. My story gives them a voice and I hope they will one day be writing their own book, in a world that has since become increasingly more accepting.”

Fox knows that everyone has a finite time with which to make their presence known and tell their story to the world.

“I want the world to know I was here, to know what I went through and to acknowledge the huge trauma I faced when simply achieving what was, to me, a dream. I wasn’t asking the world but had to move mountains to achieve it. Others will be able to identify with this and it is these people I’m out to assist,” she adds.

With the book’s popularity set to increase, interested readers are urged to purchase their copies as soon as possible.
