Tim Levy Brings Large Corporate Strategy to Small Business Owners at This Week's CEO Space

Corporate Strategy applied to small business will be the focus of Tim's new Group Coaching program.

Austin, TX -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/12/2013 -- Tim Levy unveils his Group Coaching program at CEO Space this Friday. CEO Space is happening this week at Westin Lake Las Vegas. Tim's Group Coaching makes large corporate strategy available to small business owners.

Tim Levy is an Entrepreneurial Coach who teaches Fortune 500 ways of thinking. His clients are the executives of large corporations, owners of multi-million dollar businesses, and entrepreneurs who are beginning new enterprises. Tim has helped businesses world-wide build, make positive impact changes, and grow to reach new heights.

Group Coaching shows how the smallest start-up can leverage the world. For instance, a business owner can utilize talent a continent away. Building Global Dynamic Teams is just one strategy of the program. Tim says, "The world is full of small business owners going it alone. They haven't had access to the kinds of concepts, tools and strategies that propel other, larger businesses towards success. They haven't been able to build sufficient bandwidth within the smaller budgets they're limited to. Now, finally, that can change."

One particularly interesting aspect of Tim's strategic process is writing a book. An entrepreneur doesn't have to be GM's new CEO to be worthy of a book. As Tim will point out, a book has lots of value, in lots of different ways. First and foremost, it lays out the business owner's own intellectual property. The owner himself benefits from writing down his experience. Second, the book adds value to the company, becoming a part of its offering.

Does writing a book seem intimidating? In addition to introducing his Group Coaching program, Tim will also premiere his "Fast Book Handbook". The Fast Book Handbook shows how to write and publish a quality book fast. Attendees will prove to themselves that a book can be written in 8 to 10 hours. About writing a book, Tim says "The most valuable intellectual property in most businesses is locked up in the minds of its leadership. While its locked up inside your head, it's not salable, its not scalable and its there for comparatively unleveraged. When we get this information out, possibilities and profit can emerge."
