The prototypes for the Vested Wallet were created for marketing and tested with potential customers. The creators received overwhelmingly positive feedback with multiple inquiries about purchasing. Given the positive outcome of testing, the creators are ready to launch the product and have chosen to use the Kickstarter platform to raise the costs of an initial production run. Lines for both men and women have been created in a number of different textures, patterns and colors. New styles will be released once the initial production run is completed.

The Vested Wallet was created by accident, according to its creators. The two added curves and grooves to some of the other vested wallet designs they encountered to create a unique, versatile wallet that works for all types of people. In order to create a more appealing product, they shaped their wallet like a vest and named it "Vested Wallet." Smaller in size when compared with a bi-fold wallet, the Vested Wallet fits comfortably in a any pocket and features an exterior band to hold money for easy access. The wallet can expand and contract according to various needs.
