Little Rock, AR -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/05/2015 -- The creators of World's Edge, a martial arts and cosplay festival, have now launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for the production of this event.  Participants will have a chance to meet others who share their interests and hone their skills in martial arts and other fields.

The festival will be held for two weeks on a private island in the Philippines where fictional universes will converge for a number of events.  

Attendees will have the chance to train with celebrity guests, including some of the best martial arts masters in the world.  The event will include panel discussions, pool and dance parties, cosplay contests and photo shoots.  Those attending can train with swords, knives, Muay Thai, boxing and other martial arts as well as participate in seminars on martial arts history and philosophy. There will be LARP wars, training in group tactics and team operations, yoga, hiking and nature walks and water taxies between the island and Subic Bay, where visitors can tour the area, attend nightclubs or eat at restaurants.  Guests are free to participate in as many activities as they choose and to learn as much as possible during the two weeks about cosplay, martial arts and other skills.
