How did Cupcake Graphics founder Melissa Nini go from hospitality management major to award-winning designer of weddings invitations for some of Philadelphia, PA's most beautiful nuptials? Her unconventional journey began after graduating from Montclair University, after which she worked for brands like Hyatt & Westin and Walt Disney, among others. It was during Nini's time as Event & Marketing Manager for a wealth management firm that she discovered a passion for graphic design.
After returning to school to sharpen her skills, Nini took up a friend's offer to design invitations for her wedding. The venue at which the wedding was held quickly recognized Nini's talent and invited her to become one of their preferred stationery vendors. Soon after, Cupcake Graphics was born.
