About Spine Physicians Institute
Founded by Mayo Clinic trained spine surgeon Dr. Venkat Sethuraman. Spine Physicians institute has successfully treated countless patients throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex. Dr. Sethuraman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Rutgers University graduating magna cum laude. He proceeded to earn medical degree at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed an internship in General Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he also completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. Following his residency, he went to the renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he completed a Spine Fellowship. Dr. Sethuraman is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the Association for Ethical Spine Surgeons, the Mayo Clinic Alumni Association and the Thomas Jefferson Alumni Association.
