Innovative FlexPak (IFP) knows NSF. Products that earn NSF certification are said to be "NSF certified" or "NSF listed" and display the NSF certification-mark to show that they have been tested by one-of-the most respected independent product testing organizations. Most importantly, NSF certification is not a one-time event, but involves regular on-site inspections of manufacturing-facilities and regular re-testing of products to ensure that they continue-to-meet the same high-standards required for certification. If for any reason a product fails to meet one or more certification criteria, NSF will take enforcement-actions to protect the client, including product recall, public notification or de-certification.
Can product be NSF certified? Yes. Innovative FlexPak (IFP) will work with the company and NSF to certify that the ingredients and product meet NSF standards. NSF International is an accredited, independent, third-party certification entity that tests-and-certifies products to verify they meet these public-health and safety-standards. Products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark. Choosing a product certified by NSF lets the client know the company complies with strict standards and procedures imposed by NSF. From extensive product-testing and material analyses to unannounced plant inspections, every aspect of a product's development is thoroughly evaluated before it can earn our certification.
Can Innovative FlexPak (IFP) produce Kosher products? Yes. IFP has dedicated blending-and-filling-equipment that is Kosher certified. IFP can certify non-Kosher production-lines on a per-manufacturing-run basis, if necessary. What is Kosher? When products are 'certified Kosher' consumers know that adherence to a strict-policy of kosher food laws, including: Cleanliness, Purity and Quality is met. 'Kosher' means-more-than responsible preparation. Kosher refers to a set-of-intricate biblical-laws that detail the types-of-food that a Jewish person may eat and the-ways-in-which it may be prepared. To be certified Kosher, all ingredients, in every product—and the process of preparing the product—must be certified compliant.

Can Innovative FlexPak (IFP) assist with new-product formulation or validating existing-product formulations? Yes. Stable formulations are hard. However, IFP is one of the few contract-packaging facilities with an in-house lab in addition to a fully-equipped R&D Department. If the client needs optimization or adjustments to an existing product (or has a product concept) their R&D Team will provide a solution for the formula and make the product a reality. An IFP approved formula is both 'safe' and 'stable.' Meaning, over-time and despite certain unique-exposures, the formula must, among other properties, maintain its desired look, smell, feel, purpose, effectiveness, etc.
