Notably, the E6000 will store up to 2000 memory spots and automatically save data as it's measured. A high temperature probe and sintered filter are available for the E6000 through E Instruments. Ranging from a 12" probe to a 30", probes can detect and withstand up to 1470 degrees Fahrenheit. If users intend to work with even higher temperatures, a 40", 1m probe is also available.
