Mr. Halvorson provides extensive experience in the fields of women's health and urology, gained during his 30 years in the medical device industry, where he has launched products and led strategic sales and marketing efforts for successful companies including Olympus, Boston Scientific and Coloplast.

Early in his career, Mr. Halvorson spent twelve years at Boston Scientific Corporation in sales and marketing positions. At Smith and Nephew, he was Group Director of Marketing. Later he joined Olympus as Vice President and General Manager, and later Chief Marketing Officer, establishing Olympus as a market leader in EndoTherapy and integrating four additional business. As Global Vice President and General Manager at Coloplast, he led successful turnarounds of the Urology and Women's Health business units. Most recently he was President of the Americas at Comeg Medical Technologies.
