The objective of this fundraiser is to help Amy buy a custom power chair as her Multiple Sclerosis has progressed. Amy lost her ability to walk and spasms even with an internal pump are increasing.
Darien, WI -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/19/2013 -- Amy is the love of Elmer Dalton’s life. She has been dealing with Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years. Elmer has been able to support Amy with many of her needs including a van that allows Amy to get in and out easily.
The expenses of a person with MS is very high. Amy has slowly progressed from limp, to cane, to walker, to 3 wheel scooter, 4 wheel scooter, loaner power chair. Now, Amy needs a custom powered wheel chair to help her address her spasms, mobility, pressure sores. Providing Amy this chair will help ensure her smile that brightens the world they live in continues.
All contributions to this fundraiser will help offset this cost as many others have come up as Amy’s MS continues it's progression. Elmer is also requesting all to share this via Facebook, E-mail, and other social media sites because that will help him obtain his goal.
The funding goal for this project has been fixed at $17,580. However, the campaign will receive all funds raised even if it does not reach its goal. Funding duration: November 07, 2013 - December 31, 2013 (11:59pm PT).
