Acosta, who is a maintenance and engineering expert, will lead the newly-developed Engineering Services department. Acosta will be reporting directly to eMaint President and CEO Brian Samelson.

As the new Director of Engineering Services, Acosta and his team will be responsible for the development, performance and growth of the department. Acosta, along with his team, offers a combined experience of more than 70 years in the industry. Working side by side, they will improve customers’ safety, productivity and reliability processes and partner with clients to help their organisation achieve maintenance excellence.

Prior to being hired by eMaint, Acosta gained more than 30 years of experience of managing projects for Fortune 500 Companies, along with gaining extensive experience in change management, team leadership, organisational development and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Samelson has known Gil since 2008 and believes he will bring his expertise to lead eMaint to new heights. “Gil will bring a new level of partnership and a broader array of services to our clients. We look forward to having him help us support our commitment to our customers’ CMMS success.”
