Yokohama, Japan -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/16/2014 -- Assassin Wolves Films in association with Frozen Frame Productions presents "Age of Reason" : a live Internet streaming show that promotes positive Atheism. It will debut in 2014 with topics centered around religion.
People live in a world where irrationality and money has its own voice . Where debates are controlled by special interests and the world is held hostage by religious fantasies. In the US alone, the churches get a tax break that in total makes about 75-80 billion dollars a year. In contrast, investments in the National Science Foundation only amount to a mere 7 billion dollars (2012 data). So with this project, Evgueni Goloubev hopes to be an extra strong voice advocating for reason, common sense and put an end to religious myths that have a direct impact on laws and regulations, especially in the US where it seems God is brought into every debate.
‘Age of Reason’ will aim to deliver an episode every week. In related production, this team is currently finishing the filming of an educational documentary on religion called "Requiescat in pace" set for release in May 2014.
The idea is to create a show where viewers would email or Skype the team live on the air and they would have a constructive debate, or at least try to have one. They will probably start with just email/chat combination, which would also give them time to prepare the answers properly. Then, in the future, they would like to expand to a live call show.
Funds raised from this campaign will be used to create a 3-camera setup that can be captured each on a separate USB 3.0 capture device. This campaign will receive all funds raised even if it does not reach its goal. Funding duration: January 14, 2014 - February 20, 2014 (11:59pm PT).
