Fahrenheit Yoga Studio Accepting Applicants to Hot 26 Teacher Training

Brentwood, TN -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/02/2015 -- It's never too early to start working towards a dream. For many yoga students, one dream is to deepen their understanding of yoga and become a certified yoga teacher. This spring, Fahrenheit Yoga, popular for its diverse yoga classes in Nashville, will hold a six-month teacher training for those who wish to masterfully practice and teach the Hot 26 yoga series. Just as it is never too early to start fulfilling a dream, it's never too early to register for this teacher training session.

This training will be held over the course of six months, starting on Friday, April 8, 2016, and ending on Sunday, September 11, 2016. Each intensive training session will be held over the course of one weekend per month. Training sessions will run on Fridays, from 4 PM to 9:30 PM, Saturdays, from 7 AM to 9 PM, and Sundays, from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.

The trainings will be led by Nora Shabayek, a teacher at Fahrenheit Yoga. Shabayek will guide students through not just the physical aspects of a Hot 26 yoga class but also the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects, to create a practice that is wholly integrated into the students' holistic being. Shabayek deeply believes that yoga is not just a separate event from the rest of daily life but an integral part of it that brings joy to students and teachers.
