Legal Files Software, Inc. was awarded the contract for General Counsel Case Tracking System Commercial, Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS) Replacement Software, installation assistance, and administrator and end-user training. The software will facilitate the Office of General Counsel’s legal case management, from inception to completion.
The USPTO OGC plays a vital role in the agency’s mission to issue patents and trademarks by providing timely and quality legal advice and legal representation. The OGC serves as legal counsel to the USPTO on intellectual property law matters and collaborates with the Department of Commerce and other federal agencies on interagency intellectual property law matters.
