FireEye Inc went public in September 2013. On February 11, 2014, FireEye Inc reported its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013. Shares of FireEye Inc (NASDAQ:FEYE) declined from $85.64 per share in February 2014 to as low as $26.44 per share on May 9, 2014.
On November 4, 2014, after the market closed for trading, FireEye Inc released its third quarter results. Shares of FireEye Inc declined from as high as $34.55 per share on November 3, 2014 to as low as w$28.39 per share on November 5, 2014.
