Although BRS Nike Taiwan owns the Nike, Cole Haan, Converse and Umbro brands, the company only actively manages Nike, while the others are distributed through third party licensed agents. Nike products are very popular among Taiwanese consumers and are distributed via authorised dealers throughout Taiwan and have a prominent presence in standalone stores, department stores and online channels. Nike promotes heavily in Taiwan, holding running events, sponsoring sporting centres and inviting celebrities such as Jeremy Lin.
