Founder of Crosstitch Productions Austin Thompson Seeks Funding via Kickstarter for "The Holiday Bug" 2014 Puppet Show

The Holiday Bug is a multi-media puppet show with large cable control puppets to tell a hilarious story for all ages.

Silver Spring, MD -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/27/2014 -- A group of artists at Crosstitch Productions have an idea. They want to create a family friendly puppet show.

A puppet show that children and adults will enjoy. Each of these artists has differing artistic skills and they have come together to create, “The Holiday Bug” puppet show.

"The Holiday Bug" puppet show is a huge undertaking.  This theatrical story inspires both children and adults using large mechanical puppets and animations against the backdrop of the “Wool’s” living room.

Although, Crosstitch Productions has done the show before, they still have a lot to do to transform the new Holiday Bug. They are still putting together the last few bits to finish the show and are offering an opportunity for all to get involved with this exciting show. Successful funding via Kickstarter will help them build:

-A custom built Vacuform machine.
-Flocking gun.
-The materials necessary to build the puppets under our new construction methods.
-The Mutant Humbug.
-The materials to construct the new set.
-Acquire a projector to include animations in the show.
-Stage Curtains... Our curtains are getting a little drab.
-A facility in which to practice.

This project will only be funded if at least $3,500 is pledged by Thu, Sep 11 2014 1:39 AM +05:30.
