However, Liam, an independent app designer came up with the concept of developing an app which could really help travelers and everyone who wants to know and learn new languages.

The Gaia Multilingual Phrasebook is basically a phrasebook app which supports 30 languages. More languages will be added in future. The app mainly comes in handy for those who are visiting foreign lands where language could otherwise be a huge barrier.

Adding phrases and translations to the app is fairly easy as all one needs in to login with their Google account. The added words could be marked as polite, casual or even slang and there is the option to hear the phrase in multiple languages too.

Liam was quoted as saying, "One of the main reasons as to why Gaia Multilingual Phrasebook is such a great choice is that it has real words added by people who use it. We use native speakers for translating the phrases. This ensures that you won't learn wrongly translated words. Users also have the option of marking incorrect information."

Some other features of the app include the ability to use location to find places which are nearby and get suggestion in the phrases that will be helpful. People have the option of searching the phrases and alternately getting it in an automated manner.

This phrasebook will always feature new additions and it has the potential to grow into a really useful and vast resource where all the details could help any traveler who has no knowledge of the foreign language converse fluently.
