One of the ways that founder and board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Gallaher does that is by supporting Random Acts of Flowers, a unique nonprofit that recycles and repurposes flowers.

These flowers are provided to volunteers, who deliver beautiful bouquets and moments of kindness to patients in healthcare facilities across the country.
