Goodge Entertainment LTD Looks to Raise £60,000 via Kickstarter for Their Upcoming Venture "The Singing Teacher"

This project is about a fantastic new comedy coming to the West End 2014. Who knew singing was a therapy!

London, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/28/2014 -- Meet Kevin, the singing teacher. He has a menopausal mother, a father that can’t accept his sexuality and four music students that all secretly want something more from life. Sam is held back by his Obsessive Compulsive Disorder; frumpy Bridget craves a Shirley Bassey spotlight moment; Simone loathes her job and Brian has lost his way in the world. Kevin decides that uniting his students will give them purpose and focus, and believes that staging a charity concert is the answer. Follow these five singers on a musical journey as new friendships blossom, fears are confronted and boundaries are pushed in this uplifting, lyrical play Goodge Entertainment Ltd is proud to take this hilarious new play by writers Lubbock-Smith and Eustace on to new heights in the autumn of 2014. They aim to move it in to one of London's premier theatres with a stellar cast.

Since beginning the script back in 2009, it has had two outings; the first to an invited audience at the Troubadour Theatre in London. Following edits and polishing, the script then aired once again in Guildford to another invited audience, who laughed from beginning to end.

Bringing any theatrical venture to fruition is always filled with peaks and troughs, and presents challenges that were never imagined in the outset. Goodge Entertainment Ltd has many years of experience in the business.

As a result, they are confident about limiting the risks and turning it in to a successful venture.

This project will only be funded if at least £60,000 is pledged by Mon, Aug 4 2014 9:30 PM +05:30.
