Woodstock, NH -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/18/2014 -- H. j. has just released a new video about how important for weight loss is eating a high protein shake after each workout and a protein cookie instead of a meal. She created this video after having realized that the proteins in the shake help building muscles and proteins in the cookie helped the muscles regenerate after the previous workout.
She has tested this way of protein intake herself for 3 weeks. She wanted to lose 5 pounds of fat, without having to eat fewer calories during the day and or exercising more.
After each daily after-noon workout, HJ used to consume a protein shake which contained 60 grams of whey protein. Because this protein has chocolate flavor, she didn’t feel like eating anything sweet after 5 p.m. and she metabolized them and build at least 20 grams of protein each day.
After a lunch consisting of a salad containing only 300 calories, she used to wait at least 3 hours till the next meal, which was a protein cookie. The protein cookies she used to eat were made from vegetal protein and were metabolized really slow, rebuilding the muscles she worked in the previous day.
She was stunned to see that after 3 weeks she has lost 6 pounds of fat, while she was only 13 pounds overweight with a body fat percentage of 17, which was almost ok considering the fact that she has just had a baby. Right after her pregnancy she used to be 70 pounds overweight, the reason why she wanted to lose weight.
So, after her incredible results, she asked 20 friends of hers who wanted to lose at least 20 pounds to workout daily for at least 40 minutes and consumed a protein shake after each workout and a protein cookie instead of a meal. The protein cookie was only 150 calories, no sugar, but stevia extract, and over 25 grams of protein.
From the 20 friends who started the 20 pounds weight loss journey , 7 of them have lost 20 pounds after 5 weeks of doing this plan, and the other ones have lost at least 13 pounds.
They all used to eat whatever they wanted as long as they didn’t go over 1700 calories per day, including the protein shakes and cookies.
