Shelby III, a T-Cape Cod styled modular home, has a 1769 sq ft finished area with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It includes the same features as the Brightmore.
The Concord II consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; it also comes with two different options of packages: the Xtreme Green Level 1 Option Package and the Xtreme Green Level 2 Option Package, which offers a wider range of add-in options.
