Horsham, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/20/2018 -- The Horsham Athletic Club, an honored partner of Special Olympics Pennsylvania, offers a wide variety of small group training (SGT) classes in what's called the HAC Zone.

The HAC Zone is a small group training program that takes fitness to new heights by making it both fun and functional for everyone. Offering incredible conditioning workouts, the small group setting allows members to build relationships in which they can motivate and assist each other, as well as take part in some friendly competition.

One of their most popular classes, Gravity CS, uses conditioning circuits to build stamina and burn fat. Although it is both challenging and intense, there are options available for participants of all fitness levels. This 45-minute interval training will build participants' aerobic capacity, strengthen their core, and improve their anaerobic threshold. There is also POWER Gravity CS, which incorporates cardio but adds functional strength and power circuits.
