Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/20/2014 -- Sandra & Jerry are the husband and wife team who brought the Best New Food Truck in Las Vegas in 2013 / Las Vegas Weekly Magazine's top pick of the year and VIP hosts at the 2013 Fall Las Vegas Foodie Fest. As the truck continues to serve delicious Asian fusion food with a new fantastic owner and chef, they have moved toward the goal of opening the long awaited restaurant which is slated to open in early 2014.
During the last few years they have been assembling an array of beloved fried chicken recipes specifically from The Hawaiian Islands, Southern Cuisine, and a collection of unique Southeast Asian recipes passed on to them by their family who owned and operated restaurants and bakeries. Determining a highly focused differentiated signature item wasn't easy however, but with a passion for food and cooking combined with a systematic approach to menu creation led them to the one item with an appeal that is truly universal - and that is Fried Chicken.
The fast service fusion restaurant will feature the couple’s original Signature Mochiko Fried Chicken along with some very unique Pacific Fusion Dishes and rotating monthly specials as well. They can't wait for the restaurant to be built because good food shouldn't be kept at home on the kitchen table but should be shared with everyone in the most sustainable and affordable way.
