This two-day conference starts with presentations from internationally known Lean leaders, and area National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) organizations. Sponsoring organizations will staff informational booths with a theme of both professional development and career opportunity during the networking breaks. The second day will be a choice between three separate workshop tracks.

Hytrol Conveyor will present on Friday, October 10th 10:00-11:30am in room 123 at Fogelman Executive Conference Center (FECC). The presentation is titled, “Extraordinary Lean Benchmarking Case Study with Hytrol Conveyor Company,” which will include a visit to their gemba in the afternoon. The session is presented by Brandy Lloyd, Director of Engineering; Chris Glenn, Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering; and Phillip Poston, Director of Communications.
