After Hurricane Harvey hit Texas in August, ImageFIRST associates united to collect monetary donations locally, and all donations were in turn matched 100% by the company. ImageFIRST associates reportedly used creative fundraising methods: The New Jersey and Lancaster locations generated donations for victims of Hurricane Harvey by allowing associates to throw pies in the faces of managers for every $5 that was raised. Atlanta associates sold t-shirts to associates, customers, and their community to raise donations.
When Hurricane Irma hit Florida and the islands, the ImageFIRST Los Angeles location collected toys to donate to the children of ImageFIRST Miami associates. Toys were donated by plant associates, customer advocates, and the management team.
As natural disasters continued to hit, ImageFIRST went beyond the dollar-for-dollar match and donated $4,000 to Direct Relief to support relief efforts in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Florida, and Haiti. ImageFIRST also donated $4,000 to their Houston location in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
