This has come about through the intentions of uniting all together and putting an end to the divided communities throughout Britain. It is thought that if everyone could speak English in Britain, people would be more likely to come together as one, with fewer isolated groups. Going forward a number of ministers are contemplating whether or not immigrants intending on settling in Britain should have to swear an "integration oath", and trying to come up with a concrete plan for immigration in the future.
