South Hykeham, Lincoln -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/07/2017 -- Auto-Sport, an online Formula 1 site and newspaper which releases the latest news, has updated their site by releasing an article which states that Formula E Drivers are set to hold a charity karting event for Billy Monger, 18. Monger, who had suffered a horrific British Formula 4 crash last month at Donington Park, has ended up having amputation of both of his lower legs.

There has already been more than £800,000 raised for the teenager by his racing team. The kart racing event, where formula E drivers will take on members of the public, are set up raise another £20,000 for the cause. The kart race is set to be held on Thursday evening, before Paris ePrix at Vergne's RKC Karting Paris Circuit.
