The book is entitled Healthy Herbivores; it is an illustrated ABC cookbook for children and adults alike, and its recipes don't even require an oven.

In addition, Katie has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds and support for this project the goal of this recently launched Kickstarter campaign is to raise a sum of $10,000. Besides art, Katie is also a vegetarian, fitness enthusiast, environmentalist, food lover and traveler. She has also worked with children for 12 years making her uniquely qualified to write this book.
