The Trade Mission will bring fifteen preeminent U.S. Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate Private Equity Fund managers to Brazil to meet with the leading Brazilian Institutional Investors, family offices and high net worth individuals. The goal of the Certified Trade Mission is to help U.S. Fund managers raise equity from limited partners outside the U.S.A.
In a confidential audit performed for the U.S. Commerce department in December 2013, it was announced that in the prior three years GP participants raised $650 million dollars from foreign LPs on these global missions.
